1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Contact contact@velorabeautyllc.co or +1 (229) 256-4148 immediately with your order number.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

Provide the order number, full name used for the order, email address, and optional reason for cancellation. Requests are reviewed during business hours.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancellation is approved before fulfillment, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Card and bank processing may take 5-10 business days.

4. Cancellations by Velora Beauty

We may cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, card testing activity, or legal/compliance restrictions.
