Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days, and expedited delivery is estimated at 1-2 business days when available.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping may be free for orders over USD $75; otherwise a shipping fee may apply.

3. Delivery Area

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping or export of products at this time.

4. Order Status

When an order ships, customers may receive tracking information by email when tracking is available. If tracking does not update within 48 hours, contact contact@velorabeautyllc.co.

5. Damaged Shipments

Please keep all packaging and contact support promptly if an order arrives damaged. We may request photos and order details to help resolve the issue.
